This Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Partner,” “you”) and Tr33 (“Tr33,” “we,” “us”) and governs your forest — the branded loyalty group you run on Tr33 for your customers, followers, or community. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also cover your own use of the app. By checking the box and creating a forest, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not create a forest.
1. What a forest is
A forest is a branded space inside Tr33 where the people you invite (your “members”) plant and grow trees together, under your name.
- You set optional perks — rewards in your own words (e.g. “Free espresso”) that members unlock by staying active: joining, a watering streak, time as a member, total waters, or bringing others in.
- Tr33 tracks eligibility from real game activity and shows a member their unlocked perk (a screen to present, or a one-time code) so they can redeem it with you in person.
- Tr33 does not process payments, run a point-of-sale, or connect to your business systems — redemption happens in the real world, between you and your member.
2. You are the offeror — you fulfill what you offer
You choose every perk you put in your forest, and you are solely responsible for honoring it.
- When a member redeems a perk with you, you owe them exactly what you offered.
- Tr33 does not fund, insure, guarantee, or reimburse any perk — every reward comes out of your own business, at your own cost.
- Tr33 does not arbitrate disputes between you and a member over a perk (e.g. whether it was honored correctly). You handle that directly.
- Tr33’s role is limited to proving, from game data, whether a member has earned a perk — never a promise that the perk itself will be delivered.
3. Rules for what you can offer
Every perk you set must:
- be lawful where you operate;
- never be cash, a cash equivalent (e.g. a gift card redeemable for cash), or anything that functions as a cryptocurrency or security;
- never require a purchase or payment as a condition of entry where that would turn the perk into an illegal lottery or raffle under applicable law — a perk must be earned through activity in the app (joining, watering, tenure, referrals), not through buying something;
- be something you are actually able and willing to deliver — don’t offer what you can’t fulfill.
We may remove a perk, suspend your forest, or end this Agreement if a perk you’ve set breaks these rules.
4. Your name, logo, and branding
- You grant Tr33 a limited, non-exclusive license to display the name, logo, and branding you provide (colors, tagline, about text) inside the app and on your forest’s public join page, for the sole purpose of running and promoting your forest.
- You confirm you own or are authorized to use everything you upload.
- This license ends when your forest closes (see Section 7), except where content has already gone out (e.g. in a member’s email) and can’t practically be recalled.
5. What you say to your members
- You are responsible for what you write in your forest’s name, tagline, about text, and perks — keep it honest and lawful.
- Don’t use your forest to make promises Tr33 hasn’t made (for example, about a future token, payout, or launch date) or to solicit money, investment, or anything outside the game.
- You may not use your forest for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing on someone else’s rights.
6. Member data — for running your forest, not for resale
As an owner, your dashboard shows you activity about members within your own forest — display name/handle, when they joined, days they’ve watered in your forest, when they last watered, their loyalty tier, and their redemption history with you. It does not show you a member’s email address or contact details.
- This data is for running your own loyalty program — deciding who to reward, understanding your regulars — and for nothing else.
- You may not resell it, use it for marketing outside your forest, or share it with anyone who isn’t helping you run your forest.
- You’re independently responsible for how you handle any member information you see — Tr33 gives you the view, but you control what you do with it.
7. Ending this Agreement
- You can close your forest at any time by contacting us.
- We can suspend or close your forest, or end this Agreement, if you break it — including offering a non-compliant perk, misusing member data, or misrepresenting Tr33.
- If your forest closes, it stops accepting new members and its perks come down. Your existing members keep their own Tr33 accounts, trees, and progress — closing your forest doesn’t touch anyone’s underlying game account, but they lose access to your forest’s perks and branded page.
- Redemptions already confirmed before closing are between you and that member, same as always — this Agreement ending doesn’t undo a reward you already gave.
8. No fees today
Running a forest costs nothing today — no setup fee, no subscription, no cut of what you offer.
- If we ever introduce fees for the partner program, we’ll give you notice before they apply to you, and you’ll be able to close your forest instead of paying them.
- Nothing in this Agreement is a promise of any future payout, token, or revenue share — any such feature would come with its own separate terms you’d review and accept first.
9. Disclaimers and liability
- The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tr33 is not liable for any dispute, cost, or loss arising from a perk you offered or a member’s use of your forest.
- Because running a forest is free, our total liability to you under this Agreement is limited to USD $50, consistent with our Terms of Service.
10. Not legal advice, and this may change
This Agreement is written in plain language so it’s easy to act on, but it is a real, binding agreement — it is not legal advice, and we encourage you to get your own advice if you’re unsure about anything here, especially the rules in Section 3. We may update this Agreement from time to time; if we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify partners in the app or by email. Continuing to run your forest after changes take effect means you accept the updated Agreement.
