Welcome to Tr33. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Tr33 (“Tr33,” “we,” “us”) and govern your access to and use of the Tr33 app, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Tr33
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using Tr33 you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You sign up with an email address, a display name, and a password.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Provide a valid email you control — we use it to verify your account and to send essential messages such as password resets.
- Notify us at support@tr33.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. The game and virtual items
Tr33 is a game. It includes virtual items and in-game balances — including Tr33s, fruit, seeds, and golden seeds (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items:
- have no monetary value, are not real currency, cryptocurrency, securities, or property, and cannot be redeemed for cash;
- are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use within the Service, not sold or owned;
- may be adjusted, rebalanced, expired, or removed at any time as we tune the game;
- are forfeited and have no value if your account is closed, by you or by us.
Also:
- We may change game mechanics, rewards, prices, and rules at our discretion to keep the game balanced and fun.
- The Service does not involve gambling and does not offer any real-money prizes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, automate play with bots/scripts, or manipulate game state or balances;
- create multiple or fake accounts, including to abuse referrals, tasks, or other rewards;
- access the Service through unauthorized means, or attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or breach it;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing on others’ rights.
We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through prohibited activity.
5. Referrals
You may invite friends using your personal invite link.
- Rewards are issued only for genuine sign-ups by new, distinct people.
- Self-referral, fake accounts, and other abuse are prohibited.
- Abuse may result in forfeited rewards or account suspension.
6. Notifications and communications
- We send a small number of essential account emails (such as email verification and password resets); these are required to operate your account.
- With your permission, we may also send optional push notifications — for example, reminders to water your Tr33s.
- Push notifications are off until you enable them, and you can turn them off at any time from the app or your device settings.
- We do not sell your contact details or use them for third-party advertising.
7. Suspension, termination, and deleting your account
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
- You may stop using Tr33 at any time.
- You can permanently delete your account and its data yourself from the Account screen, or by emailing support@tr33.app.
- Deletion is permanent: your Tr33s, balances, and other Virtual Items are removed and cannot be restored.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that progress or Virtual Items will always be preserved.
9. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tr33 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or Virtual Items.
- Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to USD $50.
10. Future products and features
The Service today is a free game with no real-money, cryptocurrency, or token features.
- If we later introduce paid features, tokens, or rewards with real-world value, those will be offered under separate terms and any required disclosures and consents.
- You would review and accept those separate terms before participating.
- Nothing in these Terms is a promise of any future product, token, token distribution, or financial benefit.
11. Disputes and governing law
- If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@tr33.app — we’ll try to resolve it informally.
- You agree to give us at least 30 days to do so before starting any formal proceeding.
- These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Tr33’s operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
- You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
12. Forests and perks
A forest is a branded group run by a partner (a business, creator, or community) inside Tr33 — you may join one through an invite link, and you can belong to more than one.
- Forest owners set their own perks — rewards, in their own words, that you unlock through your activity in the game (such as a watering streak, tenure, or total waters).
- Any perk shown to you is offered and fulfilled by that forest’s owner, not by Tr33. Tr33 only tracks and shows whether you’ve earned it — we don’t fund, guarantee, or arbitrate the reward itself.
- The owner of a forest you join can see limited activity about you within that forest — your display name, when you joined, your watering activity there, your loyalty tier, and your redemption history. They cannot see your email address.
- Leaving a forest is costly: it forfeits the Tr33s you’re growing there and your progress in that forest (tier, tenure, season contribution). This can’t be undone, so leave only if you mean to.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
