A forest is a free loyalty program you run on Tr33, under your own name, for your customers, followers or community. This page answers what most people ask before starting one. The rules are in the Partner Agreement.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Creating and running a forest is free, and there is no fee on anything your members do.
What do my customers actually do?
They plant a tree and water it once a day. Staying active is what unlocks the rewards you set — so the program rewards people who keep showing up, which is the point of a loyalty program.
Who provides the rewards?
You do. You write them in your own words and you honor them in person. Tr33 tracks who has earned what and shows them proof; it never funds a reward or gets involved in one.
What can I offer?
Anything from your own business — a free coffee, a discount, early access, a shoutout. Not cash, and not anything that works like cash. That limit is in the Partner Agreement.
How does someone prove they earned it?
Three ways, and you choose per reward. They show you their screen. Or they show a one-time code you confirm. Or they scan the printed sheet on your counter, which proves they are actually there.
Do I need staff, a till, or a card machine?
No to all three. Tr33 never connects to your systems. If you do have staff, you can give them a redeem-only link that lets them confirm codes without seeing the rest of your dashboard.
What do I see about my members?
Their display name, when they joined, how active they have been in your forest, their tier, and what they have redeemed with you. Never their email address, and never anything they do in someone else’s forest.
How do people find my forest?
You get a link and a QR code the moment you create it, plus printable pages — a poster, a table tent, and a sheet with two codes on it: one to join, one to redeem.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. A name is enough to go live; one reward is enough to make it worth joining. Everything else — tiers, seasons, more rewards — can wait until you want it.
Can I change my name or link later?
Yes. If you change your link, the old one keeps working permanently, so anything you have already printed still scans.
Do I need to know anything about crypto?
No. The game has no crypto and no money in it. Trees, fruit and seeds are points, and they have no cash value.
What if I want to stop?
You can stop running it at any time — just stop offering rewards, or close your account entirely. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
A member says their reward was not honored
They can report it from their own app, and it arrives on your dashboard with the reward and the member named, so you can sort it out and mark it resolved. They are told when you do.
